The terms that govern use of Jersey Local Offers services.

Acceptance
By using Jersey Local Offers or submitting a reservation request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Advertising services
- Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee placement. Availability is confirmed before payment.
- One business per category per edition. Category exclusivity applies only to the confirmed edition.
- Design, printing, and delivery are included once a reservation is confirmed and paid.
- Mail dates are scheduled in advance and shown as "to be announced" until confirmed.
Advertiser responsibilities
- You must have the right to use any logos or artwork you provide.
- Offers must be lawful, accurate, and honored as presented.
- You are responsible for redeeming offers presented via your trackable QR code.
Pricing
Prices are shown as placeholders until confirmed for a specific edition and category. Final pricing is agreed upon at reservation confirmation.
Limitation of liability
Jersey Local Offers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable edition.
